1. About Patify Digital Agency
Patify Digital Agency is a technology enterprise registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-TN-XX-XXXXXXX). We engineer direct-to-consumer software platforms and transparent supply-chain tools from our base in Karimangalam, Dharmapuri District, Tamil Nadu.
2. What is Dhaniyam.in?
Dhaniyam.in is a zero-margin direct agricultural connect platform engineered to bridge local farmers in Tamil Nadu directly with consumers. By eliminating wholesale market layers, we ensure farmers receive 100% of their produce valuation while consumers enjoy fresh, harvest-day produce delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Intermediary Technology Architecture
The platform operates strictly as an intermediary digital technology service under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. All produce displayed is cataloged and sold directly by independent local farmers. Payments are safeguarded via secure escrow holding until verified delivery.
